I lived in America for 21 years building up three successful automotive businesses until I became a victim of greed and corrupt personnel at the DOT NHTSA. I became falsely accused of smuggling four motorcycles into the US and was betrayed by my own company directors. The company had fully paid the import tax and duties, and documented the conversion of all bikes to fully comply with DOT so that they could be legally registered and sold to americans. But I spent time in jail awaiting bail where I was tortured for 45 days. At the trial my attorney said I would not be found guilty, but he withheld evidence and key witnesses and I was consequently found guilty. Helpless from a corrupt judicial system and fearing for my life, I fled the US.
